I have to admit I read the manga years after watching the anime. I was working on some costume and a friend told me that Pretear only has 13 episodes so it's great for doing cosplay stuff as a sideline. The dress was briefly shown in the opening (or ending? Not sure anymore...)... only for a split second but I knew I just had to make it.

I even rewatched every episode because at first I thought I simply missed the scene when she takes this form but nooo~ not fair indeed Q_Q Was a pain in the ass looking for a decent picture of this dress...

You can see it much more clearly in the manga since she actually takes the form then, that's for sure. You can *barely* see it in the opening, and only very, very briefly in that transformation scene in the last episode. ;-; It's like... WHY COULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN MANNEN YOU DIDN'T PRET WITH?! XD

Though I get a bit of bad consciousness reading this... the small details on the outer garment are actually just felt garlands from my art supplies shop. I just cut and glued them on the outer garment. ^^"

What I like about this deviation is because in real life you managed to get the movement to look like as if it was unreal and like it was drawn in anime style, awesome!
